FrameGlass

FPS monitoring for Windows games, with an overlay that can be captured in OBS.

Requirements: Windows x64 and .NET Desktop Runtime 10.
Extract the entire ZIP into a writable folder. Launch FrameGlass.exe and
approve its administrator permission request. Select the game process,
not its launcher, then start monitoring. Use windowed or borderless mode.

OBS: enable the OBS capture window option in FrameGlass. Add a Window Capture
source in OBS and choose [FrameGlass.exe]: FrameGlass Overlay. Use the Modern
(WGC) capture method, turn off cursor capture and place the source above
your game capture. Keep the overlay visible while recording.

Ctrl+Shift+F9 toggles overlay dragging. Ctrl+Shift+F10 hides the overlay.
Local preferences are created next to the application when it runs.

FPS and frame times refer to the selected process window. VR headset frame
times and reprojection are not measured. CPU/GPU/RAM/VRAM are system metrics.
